ToS - Commissions of any kind
* Payment must be sent either before I start or after I show you the sketch, depending on the artwork.
* I only accept Paypal for payments, USD and EUR
* Refunds may be given if I haven’t already started, except for refined prints. Clay art will only be refunded if the piece is fully broken and unusable. I always make sure to package the commissions VERY carefully and safe. After the sketchphase/ modelationphase any and all refunds are out of question.
* I may decline commissions if the character you’ve provided is too complex for me to draw, not suitable to my art style, changes to clay art are too complex for me or make me uncomfortable.
* I’m a full time University student and have a life outside the internet, which means I might take some time to respond or get the commission done. You will be updated though as I’m working. Please don’t commission me if you’re not okay with waiting.
* Prices on clay art are set by material cost and estimated production time, meaning my prices are reasonable and fair. Please don’t commission me if you’re not okay with the prices.
* If I have multiple commissions using different types of media I tend to finish commissions out of order, meaning some are finished faster than others.
* I might accept deadlines in some cases. Shorter deadlines have higher cost!
* A clear reference sheet is required for art work. A list of changes if any are required for clay art.
* Please understand that I have my own art style. If you don’t like my art style, please refrain from commissioning me.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days (2 weeks) of delivery.
Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged due to shipping.
To qualify, you must provide clear photo or video proof of the damage.
Non-Refundable Situations:
Change of mind after purchase.
Damage caused after delivery or during use.
Custom orders and refined prints unless damaged during shipping.
Shipping Times:
Standard items ship within 1 week.
Refined prints require 2–3 weeks for processing and shipping.
How to Request a Refund:
Contact me via Ko-fi messaging with your order details.
Include photo/video proof of the damaged item and packaging.
I will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.
